# TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Saneo Global Finance. By accessing our services, website, products, or financial solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

“Client” refers to any individual, business, or organization using our services.

“Services” refers to loans, investment solutions, financial consulting, cash flow management, and related financial products offered by the Company.

# 2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our services, you confirm that:

* You possess legal authority to enter into binding agreements;

# 3. SERVICES PROVIDED

# 4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

* Repay loans and obligations according to agreed schedules.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.

# 5. LOAN TERMS

Loan approvals are subject to:

Interest rates, repayment schedules, penalties, and fees shall be outlined in separate loan agreements signed between the Company and the Client.

Late payments may attract additional charges as permitted by applicable laws.

  • Monthly sms charges
  • Monthly account maintenance charges

All payments must be made through approved payment channels.

# 7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Saneo Global Finance respects client privacy and shall take reasonable measures to protect personal and financial data.

Client information may be collected for:

* Identity verification;

* Regulatory compliance;

* Service improvement;

* Fraud prevention.

Saneo Global Finance shall not sell confidential client information to unauthorized third parties.

# 8. ANTI-FRAUD AND COMPLIANCE

Saneo Global Finance reserves the right to:

* Monitor suspicious activities;

* Report unlawful transactions to relevant authorities.

Any fraudulent activity may lead to immediate account termination and legal action.

# 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Saneo Global Finance shall not be liable for:

* Indirect or consequential damages;

* Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by clients;

* Delays caused by third-party systems or banking institutions.

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

# 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, branding materials, and website content remain the exclusive property of Saneo Global Finance.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

# 11. TERMINATION

Saneo Global Finance reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

* Terms are violated;

* Fraudulent activities are suspected;

* Required payments are not made.

Clients may discontinue services subject to settlement of outstanding obligations.

# 12.  DORMANT ACCOUNT  REACTIVATION

In Saneo Global Finance, a bank account is generally considered dormant after 12 months to 5 years of no customer activity, depending on:

the bank’s policy,

the type of account,

and state laws.

Typical timelines:

Many checking/savings accounts: 12–24 months inactive → marked inactive

Around 3–5 years inactive → considered dormant

After longer inactivity, funds may be transferred to the state under “unclaimed property” laws.

Examples of activity that keep an account active:

Deposits or withdrawals

Online banking login (sometimes)

Debit card use

Writing checks

Contacting the bank

What happens when an account is dormant? :

The bank may charge dormancy fees, account maintenance fees for the period of dormancy.

Transactions can be restricted

The account may be frozen

Funds can eventually be sent to the state treasury after 10 years of account dormancy

The funds may be recovered later through the state’s unclaimed property office. If the conditions stipulated by the government are met

Keep contact details updated

Respond to bank notices

How to activate a dormancy account

To Reopen a dormant account, the following documents are required;

1. A valid International passport or ID Card or Driver’s License copy of the account holder

2. Authorization Letter from the Account Holder to the Bank requesting for account reactivation

3.  Affidavit of Oath from the court to be obtained by our lawyer      ( Head Of Bank Legal Department )

4. Completed filled KYC Form / Filled account Reactivation Form

ACCOUNT ACTIVATION CHARGES / FEES

1. Affidavit of Oath     $750

2.  Legal postal Stamp $ 50

3.  Account monthly maintenance fees of $ 5 per month multiply by the number of months that the account is inactive

4. ATM card activation fee  = $ 50

5. SMS alert  charges of  $ 1 per month.

Account Reactivation fee (for dormant accounts) =  $ 250

# 13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of [ USA banking Jurisdiction].

Any disputes arising shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or competent courts within the applicable jurisdiction.

# 14. AMENDMENTS

Saneo Global Finance reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions shall become effective immediately upon publication.
